Another company we have just startede working with is www.smorty.com.
I’m happy to say that Smorty has paid me already.. which makes me a very happy blogger.Â
They are a new service, and are still establishing themselves, but so far they look pretty good! I can’t wait until we can post on multiple blogs, at present we are limited to one only.
Smorty connects advertisers and bloggers so that each may benefit - advertisers receive links and bloggers receive sponsorship money. So if you own a blog and you are looking to get paid to blog and make a few extra dollars, Smorty is definitely a new service that you want to sign up with.
Smorty has some different features that make it an interesting company to blog for - firstly each blog post for money that you do gives your Smorty points. More points means more opportunities to advertise on blogs. Another good thing is that they pay pretty regularly and posts stay in “pending” for 5 days until the earnings are released to you. So give the site a go if you are interested in earning some extra blogging cash!

The dollar for dollar tax credit can knock a significant chunk off of your total tax bill.

On South Carolina’s Sullivan’s Island, families who have lived on the island for generations and who help rebuild the community after the devastation of 1989’s Hurricane Hugo are now being forced to give up their homes to developers or wealthy newcomers and head inland, because they can no longer afford to pay the taxes on the family home. The scene is being replayed over and over again across the country. With out of control property taxes now the norm, can you ever get your bill under control? There are eight simple steps you can take to help take the bite out of your tax bill and bring your property taxes in line.
