As with all Loans make sure that you check out all the options. GetSmart.com is a good site that is recognised in the Finance Industry and thats a good sign.

Here I am, making a concerted effort to decrease my debt load, and you’re tempting me with easy-to-get cash.

      Thanks a ton. Not.

Just kidding, of course, in the midst of this subprime mess, it’s important for people to know that they still have real lending options available to them.

I can’t get the link to work, but I’m doing some research on home loans now so are interested in your opinion - what’s the right circumstances to take out a loan in this current credit crunch climate?

There are a lot of good loans services online. I personally would rather go to my local bank though. I’m young and trust the interest but am always a little weary of online services.

I quite like that getsmart.com site. I think given the current climate families will be depending on finding finance just to hold things together so we need sites like these.

Loans can be tricky sometimes, you really need to read the small text in the bottom of the page, isn’t it? I know I had a surprise with one of my loans a few years back because of this.
